Our subscription plan runs for 12 months and then switches to a monthly basis. After the first year, you can cancel anytime. If you cancel early, you won’t keep the site—we’ve got to keep things fair for everyone.
-
No problem! If you want to return after canceling, just sign a new 12-month contract, and we’ll get you back on track.
-
If you decide to cancel before the 12 months are up, you’d need to pay the full site cost ($3,500) minus whatever you’ve already paid. We’re big on long-term relationships and just want to make sure both sides are committed.
-
We offer a 7-day grace period to pay invoices. If they aren’t paid on time, there’s a $25 late fee. We understand life happens and are usually flexible, but if payments are delayed for too long, we may need to cancel the contract, and you’d owe the full site price.
-
We send invoices through Stripe, which provides a secure way to pay. You can use credit or debit cards, and for larger projects, we accept ACH transfers. Sorry, no checks or money orders.
-
The $100 fee is a one-time charge, not monthly. So, if you need three extra pages, it’s $300, and you’re done—no surprise fees down the road!
-
Yes, after the 12-month minimum, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis. It usually takes us 2-3 years to make what we would from a one-time payment, so we aim for clients to stick around for about 5 years. By then, your website should be generating way more value than the $150/month, essentially paying for itself. We hope you’ll continue to see the value in our ongoing work and support.
-
No, there isn’t a buyout option once the 12 months are up. Our model works because we’re getting paid gradually over time, and we rely on that steady income to focus on you, not constantly hustling to sell new projects. If clients kept buying out early, we’d spend more time selling and less time supporting you—which is not what we want.
-
Yes! You can add unlimited edits and support for $50 a month with a 12-month commitment. This isn’t a month-by-month switch—you’ll need to stick with it for the year. If you cancel and want to restart, a new 12-month term will apply.
-
The biggest difference is long term versus short term costs. On subscription, you’ll be paying more over time but it will be in small manageable and affordable monthly payments. The lump sum just gets it all out the way in the beginning and you save more money over the long run because you also paid for the design and development up front. So when deciding which package to choose, it all depends on cash flow and long term versus short term goals. If you don’t want to spend that much up front and value the service that comes with it, then the monthly is your best option. If you don't want or need the monthly service packages, you can get it all out the way up front and save money over the long term.

-
No, we don’t. E-commerce sites require more setup work and cost, so they aren’t feasible at our subscription rate of $150/month.
-
Absolutely! Your domain is yours, and we never hold it hostage. You’ll always have full control over it.
-
Our SEO rates vary based on the scope of work and your goals. The base package usually starts at $700 per month and can increase depending on how aggressive you want to be with your strategy. We customize our approach to fit your needs and budget.
-
Yes, SEO works! It’s not magic, though—it’s a long-term game, especially in competitive markets where companies are fighting for those top spots. It’s an investment that takes time (6-12 months) to see real results, but good SEO can make a huge difference in visibility and leads.
-
Unfortunately, no. Unless you’re getting major media coverage, ranking on the first page in under a month is unrealistic. Beware of anyone who promises fast results—it’s usually too good to be true. SEO takes time, effort, and patience, especially in competitive areas.

SEO is a long-term strategy that takes time. We generally expect results within 6-12 months, but it can vary. It’s all about building trust with Google, which doesn’t happen overnight—especially when competing against established sites with a long track record.
-
The entire process typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on how quickly you provide content and images and the availability of our designers and developers. Sometimes it’s done in as little as 2 weeks, and other times it may take 3-4 weeks.
-
No, you won’t keep the site if you cancel the subscription, how else would we sustain our business? However, you’ll keep your domain and any assets.
